FactoryOS — Connected Industrial Operations

The Problem

Industrial software is often presented as a catalogue of modules even though factory work is a continuous chain. That framing makes the product harder to understand, harder to evaluate, and easier to dismiss as another collection of dashboards.

The Challenge

I mapped the operating model across receiving, production, quality, maintenance, inventory, and dispatch, then used that sequence to drive both the dashboard information architecture and the launch experience. The product narrative had to remain useful without the cinematic layer and the enquiry path had to preserve every lead before attempting email delivery.

Results

FactoryOS now has a coherent twelve-block operating model, a tangible operations dashboard, and a launch journey built from eleven connected films. The conventional content layer, responsive fallbacks, and durable lead flow keep the product understandable and operable beyond the cinematic concept.
