Contact messages
When you use the contact form, it collects the name, email address, and message you provide. That information is used only to review your inquiry, prevent abuse, and reply to you. It is not sold or used for advertising.
Processing and retention
Form messages are delivered through Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES) and then handled in the recipient mailbox. Contact content is scheduled for deletion within 90 days unless it is needed for an ongoing conversation, a security investigation, or a legal obligation. Delivery providers may retain limited operational logs under their own policies.
Abuse prevention
The request IP address as seen by our reverse proxy is held in memory on this server to enforce a limit of 3 submissions per minute; it is not written to storage or shared, and it is discarded when the server process restarts. When a shared rate-limit service is in use, only a keyed (HMAC) representation of the address leaves this server. The public form does not intentionally use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
