The Problem
Boutique interior studios manage client decisions, drawings, procurement, installation, and handover across chats, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools. A task list alone cannot show whether the whole project is ready for the next commercial or delivery commitment.
The Challenge
I framed Atelier around readiness rather than generic CRM activity. Each project needs a shared status model across approvals, materials, procurement, scheduling, and installation, with evidence and clear blockers visible before a team promises the next milestone. The product remains deliberately local-first while deployment and operational ownership are unresolved.
Results
The monorepo now expresses the readiness model across shared contracts, API, and web surfaces, with product and commercial requirements captured alongside verification and production runbooks. The interface prioritises approvals, procurement state, and installation milestones over generic CRM vanity metrics.
