The problem

The product had to serve patients, doctors, hospital operators, administrators, and screening teams without fragmenting the health record into separate products. Each audience needed a different level of detail and control, but every action still had to resolve to one dependable patient journey.

The challenge

I mapped the platform around a shared health record and then separated the experience into role-specific surfaces: plain-language patient access, clinical consultation and report workflows, hospital operations, and administrative controls. The roadmap had to sequence 15+ modules, define permissions and cross-module hand-offs, support 13 languages, and position oral-health screening as a focused capability inside the wider platform rather than the platform's entire identity.

Results

The platform roadmap and specifications aligned more than 15 modules around one patient record across consultations, OPD/IPD operations, pharmacy, labs, telemedicine, administration, and follow-up. Thirteen-language support was defined as a platform requirement rather than a page-level add-on. Oral screening shipped as an integrated workflow from mobile capture to structured report, while the wider portal gave each stakeholder a focused experience on the same health data spine.
