The Challenge
Dental clinics in tier-2 and tier-3 cities lack access to specialist radiologists for routine intraoral image review. ArogyaLens needed to bridge that gap — but the product had to serve two distinct and sometimes conflicting user groups simultaneously: dental clinic staff managing patient workflows (needing batch processing, calendar-based scheduling, and report history) and patients wanting to understand their own diagnostics (needing plain-language results and easy download access). The monetisation model (premium report unlocks via Razorpay) required careful UX decisions about what was free vs. paid, and where the paywall was placed in the patient journey to maximise conversion without creating friction before value was demonstrated.

Results
Full-cycle product live in pilot dental clinics with the complete journey from mobile intraoral capture to downloadable PDF diagnostic report. Razorpay monetisation enabled a tiered premium diagnostic model with measurable per-report revenue. The Next.js SSR patient portal drives organic clinic sign-ups through SEO-indexed appointment and results pages. The AI analysis pipeline (S3 → Rekognition → OpenAI-narrated findings → PDF) runs fully automated — clinicians receive structured reports without manual intervention.
